Christine Hansen is the Founder and CEO of Sleep Like A Boss.
She is a sleep expert to CEOs, Executives, athletes and high achievers, who want to sleep but can’t.
She has helped CEOs in the biggest organisations and most influential experts in Europe including Deloitte and Accenture. Her expertise has been featured in numerous international publications, such as Forbes, The Independent, The Guardian, Business Insider, National Geographic, Reader’s Digest, Elite Daily, Entrepreneur on Fire and many more.
She is the creator of the “Sleep Like A Boss Process”© focusing on sleep foundations, gut health, thyroid issues, nutrition and hormones that helps people to fall and stay asleep without having to rely on sleeping pills.
Together with her own team Christine now combines emotional, lifestyle and biochemical stress management in bespoke programmes for her clients all over the world to transform their sleep forever.
Christine is also a business mentor for coaches in the health sector.

Kelly Murray is a sleep coach for busy and ambitious professionals who are trying to live their best lives . . . if only they could get some sleep.
Her previous professional background in a Big 5 Consulting Firm and as a High Performing Medical Device Account Manager and Sales Trainer for a Fortune 500 Company for more than 10 years combined with her being a mother of 2 allows her to perfectly understand everyday challenges busy professionals are facing today.
She is also an award-winning pediatric sleep consultant, she has built her own successful business and team and helped over 400 families worldwide.
She is a speaker and has been featured on numerous media outlets, such as Monica & Andy, Burt's Bees Babies', She Knows and the That’s Total MomSense Podcast.
As a certified Sleep Like A Boss team member she combines physical and metaphysical know how to help people with their insomnia, using lab tests and stress resilience techniques to deliver the best outcome possible.
She graduated with a BBA from the University of Michigan - Dearborn with high distinction.
Bailey Guilloud is a sleep consultant to entrepreneurs, high achieving creatives, and anxious insomniacs who want to sleep but can't.
After working successfully as a mindset coach for over two years, she realized there is a huge need for a mind & body approach to sleep coaching. She implements a holistic approach combining science and stress resilience, while acknowledging that sleep is physical as well as metaphysical.
She is a certified Sleep Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is well versed in Low Inflammation Diets, Functional Movement, Breath Work & Meditation For Stress Relief, Fasting for Health and Longevity, and Functional Nutrition.
Eva Nyhagen is a sleep expert to established entrepreneurs and high achievers who want more out of life and sleep (or lack thereof) is not letting them.
She is a certified cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT) for insomnia.
Eva is currently also working at a sleep clinic.
As your sleep therapist she will help you overcome the underlying causes for your sleep problems, and find the best way to treat your insomnia.
In addition to the Sleep Like A Boss method, she can also offer to help you this techniques:

Jessica Rojas ist ausgebildete Schlaf Coach und hilft leistungsorientierten und zielstrebigen Menschen ihre Performance zu boosten durch das beheben von deren Schlafproblemen.
Ihre diversen Erfahrungen als langjährige Flugbegleiterin bei der Lufthansa sowohl als Unternehmerin mit ihrer eigenen Eventplanner Argentur, CEO einer Künstleraergentur und erfolgreicher Sleep Coach im pediatrischen Bereich mit über 300 Kunden weltweit erlauben ihr die alltäglichen Stresssituationen von heutigen eroflgreichen Geschäftsleuten nachzuvollziehen.
In ihrer Freizeit hat sie erfolgreich im Immobilienmarkt investiert wobei ihre 3 Sprachigkeit sehr hilfreich war.
Jessica ist zertifiert im Erwachsenen Schlafcoaching durch Sleep Like A Boss und Sleep Sense.
Zoe Chu is a sleep expert to hardworking entrepreneurs and high achievers whose stress load is aggravated by insomnia.
She is an award-winning entrepreneur herself having been featured in multiple media outlets, such as Harper’s Bazaar Jr, Mindvalley, Channel News Asia, Sunday Times, Money FM and many more.
She is a popular speaker on sleep and has been working with fortune 500 companies, such as Cetaphil, Drypers, Nestle, Prudential and DBS Bank amongst others.
She is also a Masters graduate of Lincoln University and has an additional graduate certificate in counselling by Monash University.
In her free time she wrestles her 4 kids (including a set of twins) and manages her husband’s company Pure NZ Dental.
Tamara V. Coupé is the Chief Operations Officer of Sleep Like A Boss.
She has been alongside Christine since 2018, helping bring Sleep Like A Boss to new heights. She’s enjoyed seeing the business develop and grow into what it is today! She will be your first contact at Sleep Like A Boss and will extend to you the same care and passion that she gives internally to the team.
Prior to joining Sleep like a Boss, she has worked extensively as an interior designer in Los Angeles, USA and Paris, France for high profile interior design companies. Having worked for athletes, royals and politicians, she know a thing or two about pressure and handling it the right way. She makes sure that clients’ expectations are met.
Currently she is also training her own team for other businesses.
In her past time Tamara enjoys spending time with her two beautiful girls and her husband. A healthy lifestyle is very important to her and she keeps her body and mind fit through Pilates and meditation.
